Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Your skills & experience:
• 2+ years of experience in customer support (tech industry preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of proxies or VPN technologies is beneficial.
